What’s included in every plan?

Every plan includes a shared inbox, campaigns, contacts, automation and public APIs for one project and one WhatsApp number. Staff seats are in addition to the account owner.

What charges are separate from my plan?

WhatsApp message charges are separate and vary by recipient country and message category. Optional AI credits and extra flow runs are also charged separately. All plans are priced in USD worldwide, including India. Applicable taxes are extra. Payment gateway charges apply at checkout.

How does billing work?

Choose monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly direct billing. Each card shows the monthly equivalent and full term payment. Capped usage resets monthly on every term and does not roll over. Plan prices and billing currency are USD in every country, including India. Available payment methods may depend on your country. Shopify billing supports monthly and annual terms.

Can I add capacity as my team grows?

Yes. Add staff seats, contacts, storage or workflows to any plan. Each additional WhatsApp number needs its own project plan. For larger requirements or custom integrations, talk to our team.
